The SMB Sales Representative is responsible for driving new and existing business within the SMB segment. He/she is responsible for initiating, arranging and conducting sales activities consistent with sales strategies and marketing plans and in accordance with sales and marketing policies, practices and procedures in order to generate maximum sales revenue.

Reports to the B2B Sales Manager regarding the achievement of the set sales targets and the concluded contracts with customers.
Work closely with the sales team and B2B department to identify new opportunities.
Pro-active contact existing customers and positive prospects.
Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Utilize additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitation.
Maintain customer records using automated systems.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients.
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing.
Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulation.
Provision of weekly report of activities and sales / contract updates.
Provision of monthly reports summarizing performance and results.
